MEET THE LEADERSHIP TEAM
Chris Cox, President & Co Founder
Chris W. Cox is widely regarded as one of the most successful strategists in Washington, marrying legislative tactics to navigate Capitol Hill with cutting edge communications strategies to move public opinion. Today, he helps Fortune 500 companies and the C-suite leaders of emerging brands position their companies for success – and fend off legislative threats.
For 18 years, Cox was the legislative field general for the gun rights movement, an effort that saw a nearly 100 percent success rate in the halls of Congress and in most state legislatures.
Away from politics, Cox founded an effort to enlist leading cultural brands and talents in the country music industry to promote a wholesome American lifestyle that includes a legacy of responsible gun ownership.
Cox is a frequent analyst on national news programs and was a primetime speaker during the 2016 Republican National Convention. He has been published in The New York Times, the Washington Post, and other publications.
Cox got his start in Washington in the 1990s as a senior legislative aide to a veteran House Democrat, managing issues relating to the judicial system and criminal justice reform. He is a graduate of Rhodes College in Memphis. A Tennessee native, Cox resides in Virginia with his family.
